Dear All Officers & Staff of Ranchi Zone

Due to spread of Corona (Covid-19) virus, the measure of Lockdown 4.0 has been made effective in the country by Central Government.  This phase is wef tomorow 18.5.2020 upto this month end 31.5.2020.  The MHA notification and guidelines are widely being circulated on Whats App and also online media.  Please read them carefully to know what is allowed to be and what is restricted or prohibited.

Please stay safe.  Attend the office as per Roster issued for 1/3rd of staff each day. This ensures Social Distancing while at work place. The other 2/3rd officers shall Work from Home and remain available in station and also be communicable through electronic means at all times.  In case of any emergency situation, please inform your jurisdictional Commissioner, who shall endeavor to extend assistance through our Willing Voluntary Help officers.

The Patna Office Gate has a Sanitization Tunnel.  Please use it for your benefit. The Office building and Human contact points are  being spray sanitized at regular intervals. At entry thermal temperature screening is being done.  Please get your hand sanitized washed and wear Masks while in public places. Download Arogya Setu App on your mobile phone.  It keeps you informed of your Covid-19 related environment. Similar local arrangements are in place in other cities of Zone also.  These precautionary measures are for your health safety upkeep.  So do follow them please.
